What is a HOYO subscription?
A monthly delivery of our limited edition curated sensory kits. These often sell out but subscribers will be guaranteed that kit.
I want to subscribe to multiple kits per month. Do I get a shipping break?
After you place your order for multiple kits please email us your order number and we will work out a shipping discount for you.
How often will I be charged?
You will be charged on the 15th of each month
When will my kit ship?
Kits are scheduled to ship around the 24th of each month. Give or take one or two days. So you should plan on receiving the kit to your house close to the first of the month!
How do I know what the upcoming kit theme will be?
We announce our kit themes via our instagram @hoyoexplore
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page. Subscriptions get a $4 discount, so there is a 3-month minimum term. But after your third month you can opt out whenever you’d like! Pssst - we have a feeling you wont want to.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You are able to do this through your account. If you are having trouble please feel free to email us at hoyoexplore@gmail.com
